It was a pleasure working with Red and Ed (co-owners) of Aluminum City. Red responded quickly to our inquiry about replacing our wooden patio cover. He assessed the situation and offered a high quality aluminum patio cover with open slats to replace the wooden structure. The quality of the aluminum was better than for our other estimates. The price was somewhat higher but we always choose the best quality materials for long-lasting costruction.

Ed and his foreman arrived on time the appointed day for removal of the wooden structure. They helped us move the patio furniture out of the way and quickly removed the wooden structure, taking away all the material and cleaning up the patio of any debris. The next day they constructed a sturdy aluminum patio cover. Again, they cleaned up the site and helped us replace the patio furniture. The patio cover suits our house, simple but elegant.

Aluminum City created a nice privacy space and sun shade for a small area on the zero lot line side of our property. Red and his team constructed the perfect sized pergola to use as an extension of our living area and we love it! They responded to inquiries and showed up quickly and even gave us great recommendations for color and design. Additionally, the price was very reasonable for the value and look of the structure. Excellent experience. Red came by after I contacted him. After understanding my requirement and the location for installing the pergola, he advised some structural reinforcement in the design which two other folks I had consulted prior had completely missed. That gave me confidence to proceed with Red. On the day of the installation the crew arrived on time. They worked systematically and completed the work all before the promised time. They cleaned up the place and put everything back where things were. The pergola looks stunning and you couldn't say it is aluminum and not wood. Our upgraded courtyard looks so beautiful. But even after all that he helped me order and piece for and existing awning and is trying to do it for free these are the type of people you don't meet everyday. I am not one wanting anything for free but the gesture speaks volumes.

We just had two patio covers installed at our house. I was hesitant to do aluminum instead of wood, as I was afraid it would look cheap. When I called Red, he responded immediately, and continued to do so with every call or text, unlike everyone else. He met with us for over an hour and showed us the product and our choices. I had called some other companies for quotes and his was the most competitive. His installed on the exact day they said they would and were done in 2 days. His guys are very thorough and cleaned up after their work. At the end of the second day, after completion , his guy met with me for 20' and explained everything about installing the lights and fans etc. I am super picky about how things are done, and I could not be more happy with how it all turned out! Red is a rockstar. He keeps it real, limits his selection of available coverings to nothing but the best, his prices low sticks to his timelines. Honest and available he's the best contractor I've ever worked with.

FWIW I called on got quotes from several FB group referred companies. The ones that actually called me back or responded to my online inquiries were either cheaper products (single layer vs insulated with is sandwiched layers filled with thick foam) or much more expensive installing much later than Red and his crew could.

Stop looking for another company to do your job. Red and his team are all you need. Excellent job. We love our pergola.

He didn't have what I needed and didn't serve my area. Instead of hanging up and just saying sorry, I can't help you, he went to the effort of finding someplace that could help me and gave me their information. Red, Ed and their team did an amazing job! Our new patio cover is beautiful! Red is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional and followed-through on the install date he quoted. Red called to confirm install the day prior and arrived to our home on time. They take pride in their work - we were so impressed with the team's craftsmanship. We put off a front patio cover for years because of budget and the time time it takes to get multiple quotes. We only needed one quote from Red to commit and get it done! He made room in his schedule to drive up the same day I called for an estimate because I was worried about him booking up for summer.

These guys are first class. They did a great job building our amazing patio cover. We had a miscommunication in the beginning, but they delayed, readjusted their calendar and took care of us anyway. Mi wish I could give more than five stars- the job looks great, the work was done by perfectionists, and overall we are super happy. Oh, and a byproduct was the price was within our budget and made us feel good. Lastly- they didn't ask for anything more than $1 up front and payment wasn't due until they were done to ensure we were satisfied. I mainly dealt with Red, one of the owner's of the business. He returned my call promptly and we set up an appointment to come measure the space I needed for a patio cover. The quote I got was very reasonable.

I called Red back a little over a month later to see how soon he could get the project started. I was lucky he had a cancellation. He was able to fit me in the following week!

Ed and Rob, co-owners, arrived promptly at 8am and were finished installing by 1225 pm. It was a fairly large patio cover! They left the area as tidy as when they started. I'm thoroughly impressed!

We had aluminum city built our patio cover and it was beyond my expectations. We had other companies prices us some had an extreme quote. Red and his partners were amazing and completed the job in one day actually less than one day. Red was very patient with us due to our HOA approval and also kept his price our quote all the time it was being approved. The patio cover makes such a big difference in our kitchen and dining room area through the sliding doors were the cover beginnings. I appreciate Reds honesty and patience. Everything about this business is amazing. The guys are all so nice, and the end product is flawless. I'll be honest, I thought it was going to make my living room super dark (it doesn't) and we spend so much more time on our patio now. It's awesome. These guys showed up on time (which is beyond appreciated) and finished in the time they said they would (only 4 1/2 hours) annnnnnd they cleaned up after themselves and even used the blower to clean up the stuffed animal snow from my puppy. Great team! So glad that I hired them for the job. I needed a small awning attached to the house to protect my motorcycle from the elements. Fair price, fast service done right the first time. They really listened to my needs. Once during construction, when it looked as though I might not be satisfied with the outcome, they stopped and removed much of what was already installed to make some minor adjustments and still finished fast. This last Monday I had a patio cover installed by aluminum city, it's fantastic, I'm real happy with it, red is easy to talk to and knows his stuff, his crew which was ed and rene, ed is also an owner of this company, the whole crew were great and hard working guys.

Red came out and gave me the quote and I was going to go with the brown cover and red said they have a new gray color and me having a gray house thought that would be great so he got on the phone on a Saturday and said yes he can get the gray for me, I thought wow.

These guys were over the top, it just looks so nice. I will be telling Everton I know about the great experience I had with this company.

So I am the first gray cover that they have done in town.
